"(This is the same previous email with a picture attached of the hair loss)
Dear Bernd,
I bought a D01 Silvertip knot about 1 year ago (Order No.:436193 of February 16, 2019).
I ordered a handle to a wood artisan, who set the knot into the handle with a special kind of very strong glue. The performance has been wonderful since then, but a week ago, after reading in "foroafeitado.com" how the smell of badger hair could be eliminated, I put the hair under water+baking soda for one night and one morning. That morning, as I was taking the brush hair out of the water, I came across a sad surprise, since a lock of hair came off the brush.
My question is: is this usual? Did I do something wrong? I have asked in "foroafeitado.com" and one expertised member has told me that in his opinion, something may be wrong if the fibers come off so easily after being under water and baking soda. They have recommended me to contact you.
I wouldn't like to buy again until knowing how to do better or if there may be some imperfection in the product I bought.
I appreciate very much your help
Looking forward to hearing from you
PD The white in the picture corresponds with a second kind of glue with which I have tried to reglue the lock of hair lost."
