How great would it be if life was like a forum or a chat room: someone you don't like? Just click on the 'Ignore' button and they will disappear!
Aside from the silly and boring people around us... think how many politicians would be clicked!
And they would keep talking and talking....
But we wouldn't hear them!
Of course, many papers and television stations would go broke not being able to fill space with blah blah blah.
But here there is a need for labor in the fields, so they would find an occupation and, probably better suited to their skills!
Fortunately, during the pogonotomic liturgy, I am alone in the sanctuary of my bathroom, alone with music and scents wafting around me.
Today the scent was a fougére that I like more and more each time.
The other components don't smell, but they are indispensable and didn't disappoint my expectations.
This day, among the other songs was C'est si bon: it took me back to my childhood when my parents listened to it on a 78 rpm, sung by Danny Kaye and I didn't understand a word of what he was saying.
It seems like yesterday, but it was another time....
PS The Barbiere di Siviglia is currently being broadcast on television and it's impressive: a tenor on stage singing in an empty theater, wearing a mask!
I hope to never see anything like that again!
